3. Service Call Fees
Morel’s standard service call fee is:Standard Service Call: $100Emergency Service Call: $200The applicable service call fee is due regardless of whether the customer ultimately authorizes a repair. The service call fee covers the technician's visit and initial evaluation/diagnostic services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Morel’s labor rate is:$20 per hour, plus applicable parts and materials.Parts, materials, special-order items, and other necessary components may be billed separately. The customer is responsible for the cost of authorized parts and materials required to complete the repair.Morel’s may require a deposit before ordering parts or beginning certain repair projects.

A deposit may be required for most repair jobs. The amount of the deposit will be communicated to the customer before work begins or parts are ordered.Deposits may be applied toward authorized repair labor, parts, materials, or other approved charges.Special-order parts and materials may be subject to additional payment requirements and may not be refundable once ordered, subject to applicable law and the manufacturer's return policy.
6. Estimates and Additional Repairs
Morel’s provides free estimates for proposed repair work unless otherwise stated. An estimate is based on the information and conditions reasonably observable at the time of inspection. Hidden, pre-existing, or additional problems may not be discoverable until the equipment is disassembled, tested, or operated. If Morel’s discovers additional problems that require work beyond the original estimate, the customer will be informed of the additional work and associated cost.Customer approval is required before Morel’s performs work beyond the original approved estimate. The final invoice may therefore differ from the original estimate when the customer authorizes additional repairs, parts, labor, or services.

9. Customer Authorization
By approving a repair, estimate, work order, service agreement, electronically submitted authorization, or other written or electronic confirmation, the customer authorizes Morel’s to perform the specifically approved work.Customers may not hold Morel’s responsible for unauthorized work unless the work was separately authorized or was reasonably necessary to complete previously authorized work and permitted under applicable law. When additional work is identified, Morel’s will seek customer approval before proceeding beyond the original approved scope.

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts when applicable and according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.Morel’s does not control manufacturer warranty policies, exclusions, processing times, or warranty decisions.Warranty coverage may require the customer to comply with the manufacturer's requirements.Unless expressly provided in writing, Morel’s does not provide a separate manufacturer's warranty beyond any applicable warranty supplied by the part manufacturer.
14. Repair Limitations
Repairing equipment does not guarantee that the equipment will never experience another failure.Equipment may have multiple independent problems, and additional failures may occur after a repair because of age, wear, misuse, improper maintenance, electrical conditions, environmental conditions, manufacturer defects, or other factors outside Morel’s control.Morel’s will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair the reported problem based on the information and conditions available at the time of service.
